Adobe Creative Cloud for higher education institutions

For new versions of most of their products, including internationally, Adobe still offers only rental licenses ('Creative Cloud'). The distribution model offered by Adobe for this, 'VIP' is unsuitable in some ways: for example, the link to personal accounts is unsuitable, because no functional e-mail addresses are allowed. The cloud services are also unsuitable for higher education institutions because solutions for data protection, employee lifecycle and provision of computer rooms and laboratories are lacking.
