Important Note:
Not for employees: If necessary, you can temporarily access your ZIM account using your private email address or mobile number and your CampusCard.
Attention! Only initiate the recovery process for your MFA methods if all of your registered MFA methods are no longer available. These include the (Microsoft) Authenticator app, security key (YubiKey) and SMS.
